i found the staff quite helpful . the room was clean and functional for a short visit. i appreciated the location because aldi was nearby. bus stations also stood close for convenient transportation.
The receptionist provided limited assistance. They offered no useful information when i arrived. i was advised to seek food and beverages at a neighboring hotel. the room lacked basic amenities. It included no kettle or even a glass for water.

The shower design was quite odd. The drain didn't work very well, so the bathroom floor flooded quite easily. I couldn't find enough free parking, annoying. This felt a little misleading!

the supermarket aldi is nearby for quick shopping needs. the reception staff was friendly, providing water and coffee. i appreciated the bed, it was comfortable. the bathroom was impeccably clean, it featured good amenities.
i noticed the absence of a refrigerator and an additional chair in the room. this was an inconvenience, i hope the hotel addresses this soon.

Check-in was quick with friendly staff and the room suited my needs. A large television with german channels was available in the room. Aldi supermarket is close to the hotel, just around the corner. The airport is within a 15 minute walk.

The hotel is near public transport, so traveling to the city center is easy. It is within walking distance from the airport which is really convenient. The area around the hotel is peaceful and quiet.

Breakfast had a good buffet with many choices. The Novotel next to the hotel offered an excellent breakfast, but I ate at the hotel restaurant. The hotel bar was open when i arrived late, and pizza was available.

The front office manager was helpful when i asked questions. The reception is open 24 hours, so check-in and check-out are possible anytime. Staff offered me a complimentary coffee when i left early in the morning.

The room was very clean with enough space and good facilities. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The room was silent though it was close to the airport. That was a pleasant surprise.

The reception staff was very helpful. I found the room clean and well-kept. The hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea on the first floor (a nice perk!). There is an ALDI supermarket nearby for convenient shopping.
